How do I book an event?

What is included with a venue rental?

Venue rentals include access to the reserved event space(s) during your contracted rental period. Additional services and enhancements are available based on the needs of your event.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

Yes. Private tours are available by appointment and can be scheduled with our events team after submitting a request form with relevant details on your needs.

What is your guest capacity?

Capacity varies depending on the space and event format. Indoor capacity for a seated dinner with a dance floor is up to 300 guests, and concert and nightlife configurations accommodate up to 2,000. Our team can recommend the best venue configuration based on your guest count and program.

Do you offer event planning services?

We offer venue logistics and service support. A producer or event planner is required for events over 100 guests, and we welcome experienced planners and production teams.

Can I choose my own vendors?

We welcome outside vendors, subject to our venue guidelines and approval process. We can also recommend trusted event partners.

Do you provide catering and bar service?

All bar service and bar staffing are handled exclusively by our team; bar sponsorships or buybacks may be considered on a case-by-case basis (inquire for more information). We offer in-house catering and allow external caterers for an additional fee, which includes access to our catering kitchen. External caterers are required to complete a walkthrough of the kitchen at least one month before the event.

Is the venue available for photo or film shoots?

Yes. Our spaces are available for editorial, commercial, film, television, and photography productions, subject to availability.

Is parking available?

Free street parking is available. There is no on-site parking lot, but we are happy to recommend our exclusive valet provider upon request. Crew and guests are advised not to park directly outside the venue to ensure smooth load-in and load-out.
